Return and Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
Our return period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
We also do not accept items that serve intimate or hygienic purposes, contain hazardous materials, or are flammable liquids or gases.

• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or records
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company—it may take some time for a refund to officially post.
Afterward, contact your bank. Refunds often require processing time before they appear.

Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift recipient had the item shipped to them, we will refund the amount to the buyer, who will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee the receipt of your return.
